Caerddaniel is a select family run and maintained Holiday Home Park situated on the Mid Wales coast just 2 miles north of Barmouth, with magnificent views and sunsets over Cardigan Bay and the Lleyn Peninsular. Caerddaniel Holiday Home Park adjoins miles of beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families with children.

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking or walking. Why not try one of the many footpaths which offer excellent views of the countryside such as the “Mawddach Trail” over Barmouth Bridge or the “Panorama Mountain Walk”, both with views over the Mawddach Estuary. Mountain biking enthusiasts can try the Coed y Brenin Centre, which offers forestry and hill trails varying from easy family runs to the expert “Bull Run”. Enjoy a round of golf on the wooded hillside course at Dolgellau or at the splendid Royal St. David’s course at Harlech, or simply while away the hours fishing the local rivers, estuary and sea.

Caerddaniel is situated in the Snowdonia National Park in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideally located for visiting the many local attractions including Harlech, Criccieth and Caernarfon Castles, Portmeirion Italianate Village, Snowdon, Tal-y-Llyn, Fairbourne and Ffestiniog Light Railways offering scenic trips on the old steam trains, the local lakes – from Cwm Bwchan and the Roman Steps to the famed Blue Lake at Fairbourne, slate caverns at Llanfair and Blaenau Ffestiniog and many more.

Holiday Home Accomodation For Hire
Enjoy your holiday in one of our luxury 6 berth Holiday Homes. They come with all the home comforts such as gas cooking and heating, fridge, microwave, colour TV video combi or TV/DVD/VIDEO combi.
There is also a hairdryer and C.D Radio Alarm Clock, as well as a patio furniture set comprising of 1 table,4 chairs and 2 loungers.
There is a narrow balcony along the length of the Holiday Home.

Seating is underneath the main window (this houses the double pull out bed) and there is a dining table with surround seating and stools. There is also a small coffee table and it is equipped for a maximum of 6 people.
Two and three bedroom Hire Holiday Homes are available, located on an elevated pitch and have excellent sea views. These Holiday Homes are well maintained to the very highest standard. All bedding supplied.
Two bedroomed Holiday Homes are NEW 2007 models with gas central heating and double glazing.

Three bedroomed Holiday Homes are NEW 2007 models.

All Holiday Homes have parking facilities next to them for one car only. Parking will be arranged for parties with more than one car.
All our Holiday Homes and indoor facilities are strictly Non Smoking.
Camping on Caerddaniel
Camping on Caerddaniel Holiday Home Park is allowed from April to September at the same prices as Trawsdir. We do not have electric hook-ups or take touring caravans, and like Trawsdir we do not take bookings for standard camping. We operate on a first come first serve basis. We only take couples and families and we do not accept large groups or groups of singles. Dogs are allowed at no extra cost. Strictly no watercraft allowed on the Park with campers. No generators allowed on the Park.
Payment is paid at Reception prior to pitching your tent. Caerddaniel has 2 Toilet and Shower Blocks, a Shop and Take-Away, a Launderette, Recreation Field, and 2 direct access points to the beach. Some of the camping areas are on a slight gradient and may not be suitable for some people with walking difficulties. Please ask before joining us.
Watercrafts are not permitted on the Park with campers or Hire Holiday Home Guests.
Camping is only allowed in the designated areas. Camping or the parking of Mobile Homes, Caravanetts etc, is not permitted next to or near Holiday Homes at any time.
(Campervans are permitted on Caerddaniel but must have a tent for sleeping in. Campervans and suchlike, without a tent, can stay at Trawsdir instead)
Holiday Home Owners
Our Holiday Home Owners can enjoy all year round access to Caerddaniel with full support of our staff throughout.
Also Holiday Home Owners only can take advantage of our launching facility for Watercrafts, as well as our newly built Boat Compound which has Electrical Gates, Wash Off Area and full C.C.T.V coverage. Spaces are limited and highly desirable so please ask at Reception for more information.
