Bookings are normally on a Full Week Basis, unless special arrangements have been made, and run from Saturday to Saturday. 2. A 25% deposit is due 1 week after booking, with the remainder due 4 weeks before arrival (all details are outlined in the Booking Acknowledgment). Booking will be cancelled if payment is not received within this 1 week period. Payment can be made by phone, via our Credit Card Machine, or by cheque. Please make all cheques payable to R.O.Williams and Son. 3. Refunds are not given under any circumstances. A Cancellation Plan is accompanied with Receipt of Payment, which is optional, and may cover any financial loss. We advise all our Guests to read the leaflet carefully and decide on their own circumstances whether they see fit to exercise this option. 4. Check-In time is 3.00pm and Check-Out time is no later than 10.00am. 5. A £30 Deposit is due, to cover damages and breakages etc, on arrival and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection on departure. The deposit is payable by cheque or cash only. 6. No more than 6 people are allowed to stay in any of our Holiday Homes. Any Party found to be in excess of this will be asked to leave without refund. Any alterations to the Party description should be made known to Reception before or on arrival. 7. No Ball or Frisbee games of any description are permitted by the Holiday Homes. The Beach and Recreation Field are available for these activities. 8. Any party found wilfully causing damage, excessive noise, or acting in a violent or abusive manner to anyone on the Park, will be asked to leave without refund. 9. Jetskis and boats are not permitted on the Park with Holiday Home Parties. Only one car is allowed to be parked adjacent to the Holiday Home. For more than one car, please see Reception so alternative arrangements can be made. 10. We reserve the right to change your allocated Holiday Home should it be deemed necessary i.e breakages Gas, Water and Electric are covered within the price of your holiday.
